What happens on the call?
About 20 minutes, just you and Braden. Mostly I want to hear how turnover works at your property. If you’d like to see TurnTango, I’ll show you. Nothing to prepare, and no need to bring anyone else.
Is it priced by the student or by the apartment?
By the student, once a semester. It’s not a monthly fee. You pay for each student on your roster that semester, whether they move out or stay, so a half-empty summer costs about half as much. Braden will give you a quote for your property on our first call.
Do students need to download an app?
No. TurnTango runs in the browser, and students can add it to their home screen if they like.
What if my supervisors lose signal mid-inspection?
Everything saves on the phone and syncs when they’re back online.
Does TurnTango handle billing or charge amounts?
No. It records who’s responsible for what and exports it to the billing system you already use.
